📊 Dashboard

The home screen replicates the real Material 3 layout — a teal gradient AppBar with greeting, six quick-action tiles in a 3×2 grid, four financial summary cards, and live recent-activity sections.

AppBar — hamburger opens the side drawer; right-aligned date chip shows today.
Quick actions (3×2) — Transactions, Invoices, Quotation, Payments, Parties, Reports — each colour-coded.
Financial summary (2×2) — Cash In, Cash Out, Received and Pending — live totals from your data.
Recent Transactions & Recent Invoices — two cards with “View all”, status pills (PAID / PARTIAL / UNPAID).

💰 Add Expense

The actual Add Expense screen with M3 outlined fields. Type the amount with the built-in calculator (toggle the keyboard / calculator icon), pick a category from a searchable bottom-sheet, and save.

Amount — outlined field with ₹ prefix and a calculator/keyboard toggle.
Category — leading icon comes from the chosen category; tap to open the picker.
Description & Date — date opens a Material date picker.
Receipt photo — capture from camera or pick from gallery.
Calculator pad — the same one you'll see in the app: C / ⌫ / % / + − × ÷ / decimal / =.

🧾 Invoices list

The Invoices tab summarises totals and status counts. Each row shows invoice number, party, item count, GST rate, status pill and grand total — tap to open the detail view, edit or share.

Header card — total invoices, total amount and per-status counts.
Status pills — green PAID, amber PARTIAL, red UNPAID.
FAB — the floating + button creates a new invoice.

📝 Create GST Invoice

The full GST invoice form. Auto-numbered, party picker, dates, items from your stock catalogue with HSN and per-line GST. Totals box shows CGST/SGST split. One tap saves and opens share.

Bill to — picks any saved party with GSTIN, address, phone.
Items — search stock; HSN, GST %, qty, price auto-fill.
Totals — subtotal, CGST, SGST (or IGST inter-state), grand total — auto-calculated.
Save & Share PDF — generates PDF with logo, signature and UPI QR.

💳 Settle Payment

Allocate one received payment across multiple invoices. The green hero banner shows the source payment; the list below lets you allocate exact amounts per invoice. Allocated / Unallocated totals stay live.

Hero card — payment amount, party, method and date.
Per-invoice allocation — type any amount; defaults to the smaller of pending and remaining unallocated.
Live totals — Allocated should match the payment; Unallocated stays ₹0 when balanced.

📦 Stock

Stock items list with header summary (count, low-stock count, total value). Each row shows name, HSN, selling price and live quantity with a status icon — red ⚠️ when below the threshold you set.

Header card — totals + low-stock count.
Status icon — green ✓ for healthy, red ⚠️ for below threshold.
Quantity column — current qty + unit (packets, bottles, bags…).
FAB & barcode scan — add new items quickly with barcode scanner support.

🛠️ Tools & Info

The Tools page bundles four utilities into a 2×2 grid, plus quick widgets. Currency converter (30+ currencies), IFSC bank lookup, live Gold & Silver and Indian Pincode finder.

2×2 tile grid — each tile opens its own tool screen.
Today's gold rate — live 22K / silver in ₹.
Pincode — city, district, state, post offices.

⚙️ Settings

Settings is grouped into Personalisation, Business and Data. Each row uses a coloured M3 leading icon. Drawer-accessible too — the actual app surfaces these from the side drawer.

Personalisation — theme, language, currency.
Business — company details, invoice settings, payment accounts.
Data — backup & restore (single portable JSON).
